ハウスルールやAirbnbから送付されるメッセージを読まないことによるトラブルが多くなっております。

■宿泊人数について / Guest Capacity & Policy

  • ご予約人数：8名 / MAX Number of Guests: 8

    トラブル防止のため、ご宿泊者様以外の敷地・施設内への立ち入りは固くお断りしております。
    宿泊者以外の方が敷地内にへ立ち入る場合、別途、宿泊料金を徴収させていただきます。　
    Only registered guests are permitted on the property. An additional fee will be charged for any unregistered visitors entering the premises.

■チェックイン・チェックアウト / Check-in & Check-out

  • チェックイン：16:00以降 / Check-in: After 4:00 PM
  • チェックアウト：11:00まで / Check-out: By 11:00 AM

    ※アーリーチェックイン、レイトチェックアウトをご希望の場合は事前にご相談ください（別途料金が発生する場合があります）。
    (Please contact us in advance if you wish for early check-in or late check-out. Additional charges may apply.)
  • 事前に宿泊者全員の名簿記入と代表者の身分証明書、到着時に全員の集合写真のご送付をお願いしております。
    Please fill out the guest registry and submit passports for all guests in advance, and send us a group photo upon your arrival.
  • 宿泊者全員の名簿記入と身分証明書
    予約時にAirbnbから送付されるメッセージに記載されているURLへアクセスし、宿泊者全員の情報を入力してください。
    Please access the URL provided in the message sent by Airbnb at the time of your reservation and enter the required information for all guests staying at the property.
  • 全員の集合写真
    SAEZURI には玄関スタッフが常駐しておりません。そのため、到着時に現地で撮影していただいた集合写真と宿泊者名簿を照合し、本人確認に代えさせていただいております。お手数ですが、宿泊者全員の顔がはっきりと確認できる集合写真をご送付ください。写真が不鮮明などの理由により本人確認ができない場合は、再度撮影をお願いすることがございます。あらかじめご了承ください。
    SAEZURI does not have staff stationed at the entrance. Therefore, we verify the identities of our guests by comparing a group photo taken at the property upon arrival with the guest information provided in the guest register. Please send us a group photo in which the faces of all guests are clearly visible.
    If the photo is unclear or we are unable to verify the identities of the guests, we may ask you to take and submit another photo. Thank you for your understanding.
  • チェックイン方法
    ご到着5日前およびご到着当日に、Airbnbからメッセージが送信されます。メッセージに記載された案内に従って、チェックインの手続きを行ってください。
    宿泊者全員のWEB宿泊者名簿への入力が100％完了していない場合、チェックインに必要な暗証番号が通知されず、チェックインすることができません。
    宿泊者名簿の提出は旅館業法により定められておりますので、ご到着前日までに、宿泊者全員の情報を漏れなくご入力ください。
    You will receive messages from Airbnb 5 days before your arrival and again on the day of your arrival. Please follow the instructions provided in the messages to complete the check-in process.
    Please note that you will not receive the PIN code required to enter the property unless the web-based guest register has been completed 100% for all guests. Without the PIN code, you will not be able to check in.
    The submission of guest information is required under Japan’s Hotel Business Act. Therefore, please make sure that all guests have completed the guest register in full by the day before your arrival.
  • チェックアウト方法
    ご出発日の朝に、Airbnbからメッセージが送信されます。
    メッセージには、チェックアウト時の注意事項が記載されていますので、内容をご確認のうえ、案内に従ってご退出ください。
    You will receive a message from Airbnb on the morning of your departure.
    The message will include important instructions for check-out. Please read the instructions carefully and follow them when leaving the property.

■玄関について / Entrance

  • 玄関で必ず靴を脱いでください。
    Please take off your shoes at the entrance.
  • 室内は土足禁止です。スリッパをご用意しておりますのでご利用ください。
    Indoor shoes/slippers are provided. Please use them inside the house.

■トイレの使い方 / Toilet Use

  • トイレットペーパー以外は流さないでください。
    Do not flush anything other than toilet paper.
  • 紙おむつ、生理用品、ティッシュペーパーなどはゴミ箱に捨ててください。
    Please dispose of diapers, sanitary products, and tissues in the trash bin.
  • トイレは清潔にご利用ください。
    Please keep the toilet clean.

■外出時のお願い / When Leaving the Room

  • 外出時は、室内の照明・エアコン・電化製品の電源を必ず切ってください。
    Please turn off all lights, air conditioners, and electrical appliances when you go out.
  • 省エネルギーにご協力ください。
    Thank you for helping us save energy.
  • スリッパで外に出ないでください。
    Please do not go out with slippers.

■禁煙 / No Smoking

  • 室内は全面禁煙です。玄関外の灰皿が設置されてある場所でのみ喫煙が可能です。
    Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms.
    Smoking is only permitted in designated areas outside the entrance where ashtrays are provided.
  • 室内での喫煙が発覚した場合は、特別清掃費（20,000円）をご請求いたします。
    If smoking is detected, a special cleaning fee of 20,000 yen will be charged.

■ペット / Pets

  • ペットは小型犬一匹のみ同伴可能です。
    Only one small dog is allowed as a pet.
  • ペットのための食器やトイレ、ケージはご持参ください。
    Please bring your own food bowls, litter box, and cage for your pet.
  • 寝室にはペットを入れることができません。
    Pets are not allowed in the bed rooms.

■パーティー・イベント / Parties & Events

  • 室内でのパーティー、大人数での集まりは禁止です。
    Parties and large gatherings are not allowed.
  • 近隣住民への迷惑行為（騒音・振動など）は固くお断りします。
    (Please do not cause noise or disturbance to neighbors.)

■ナイトタイム・ルール / Nighttime Rules

SAEZURIが佇む集落は、とても静かで落ち着いた環境に包まれています。 前面と両側面に隣家がある関係上、21時以降のBBQや花火など、屋外でのアクティビティはお控えいただいております。
SAEZURI is nestled in a very quiet and peaceful village. Because we have neighbors directly in front and on both sides, outdoor activities (including BBQs and fireworks) are strictly prohibited after 9:00 PM.

■ご滞在について / About Your Stay

SAEZURIの室内は必要な設備をぎゅっとまとめたコンパクトな造りのため、 夜間に大人数で長くお過ごしいただく際には、少し手狭に感じられる場合がございます。その分、日中は屋根付きBBQスペースや周辺の自然を思いきり楽しんでいただき、 夜は川のせせらぎと静寂に包まれながら、ゆっくりとお休みいただける時間をご提供しています。
SAEZURI interior is cozy and compact, so it may feel a bit tight for large groups at night. Instead, we invite you to enjoy the roofed BBQ space and surrounding nature by day, and relax with the peaceful sound of the river by night.

■立入禁止区域 / Off-Limits Area

建物の裏側は他人の所有地のため、立ち入ることができません。敷地内には薪小屋や廃材があり、高低差のある川には柵がありません。大変危険ですので、大人の方はもちろん、特にお子様や愛犬からは目を離さず、絶対に裏側へ行かせないようお願いいたします。
The area behind the building is private property and strictly off-limits. It contains a wood shed, scrap materials, and an unfenced river. For your safety, please keep a close eye on your children and pets at all times, and ensure they do not go behind the building.
